D-Wade is heading back to South Beach.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are absolutely cleaning house right now. First they traded Isaiah Thomas and Channing Frye to the Los Angeles Lakers. Then, the Cavs traded Jae Crowder to the Utah Jazz and sent Iman Shumpert packing to Sacramento.

And now, they've reached a deal with the Miami Heat to send Dwyane Wade back to South Beach, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Woj reports that the Cavs will receive a "heavily protected" second round pick in exchange for the 36-year old shooting guard. Wade was averaging career lows in minutes and points per game in Cleveland this season, posting just 11.2 points in a little over 23 minutes of action per night.

Shortly after the trade was confirmed, LeBron James posted an old photo of Wade on his IG account along with the caption, "Truly happy for my brother@dwyanewade!! It’s how it’s suppose to be. Love you my guy!!#WadeCountyBack⚡️"

Wade's wife, Gabrielle Union, seems most than happy to be getting out of Ohio and heading back to Miami.

To recap: Cleveland has now added Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance Jr., Rodney Hood, George Hill and Miami's second round pick at the trade deadline. The team is currently sitting in third place in the Eastern Conference with a 31-22 record, but they'll look a whole lot different the next time they take the court.

Speaking of, the Cavs' next game is tomorrow night in Atlanta, followed by a matchup against the Eastern Conference leading Celtics on Sunday afternoon at the TD Garden in Boston.
