HNHH PREMIERE -- GiiFromTheIslands drops off "I Luv It."

GiiFromTheIslands' been buzzing for a minute. The artist was born in the Bahamas but raised in Chicago. Many know may know him better as Young Gii but regardless, he's still dropping dope music. He broke out in the scene in 2015 with his mixtape Islands To The City and has been pushing out a steady stream of new music. Last summer, he dropped off his latest project All Work No Play. The eight track project was a hit and highlighted his strengths as an artist as he held down the entire project on his own. Now, he returns with a brand new single for an HNHH premiere.

GiiFromTheIslands' drops off his latest single today with "I Luv It." The song returns closer to the sounds of Islands To The City than some of his more recent work. It has his Bahamian roots in it but he still brings in some bars for the J-Mixx produced track. It's another dope effort from Gii and hopefully, he has more coming for us this year.

Quotable Lyrics
I'm tryna get her out of the clothes that she came in
Sippin' and chasin', it's forcin' my patience
Smokin' the gas, homegrown is my fragrance
She throwin' the signs like I'm yours for the taken
