Aly Raisman comes forward in 60 Minutes interview.

Aly Raisman, a six-time Olympic medalist and two-time national team captain, has come forward to say she was sexually abused by former USA Gymnastics doctor, Larry Nassar. Raisman opened up about the abuse during an interview for CBS' "60 Minutes" which will air this Sunday night.

Aly Raisman is not the first to accuse Nassar of sexual assault, he's already faces 22 counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and could receive a sentence of life in prison. She told 60 Minutes that she spoke with FBI investigators in 2016 and doesn't understand why it took so long for the allegations to come forward.

"Why are we looking at why didn't the girls speak up? Why not look at what about the culture?" she said, per ESPN. "What did USA Gymnastics do, and Larry Nassar do, to manipulate these girls so much that they are so afraid to speak up?"

"I am angry," Raisman told "60 Minutes." "I'm really upset because it's been -- I care a lot, you know, when I see these young girls that come up to me, and they ask for pictures or autographs, whatever it is, I just ... I can't ... every time I look at them, every time I see them smiling, I just think ... I just want to create change so that they never, ever have to go through this."

Raisman, now 23, started seeing Nassar when she was 15 and she details the abuse in her book "Fierce," which will be released on November 14th.

According to ESPN, Nassar was involved with USA Gymnastics for nearly three decades as a trainer and national medical coordinator, a role that led him to treat the country's elite gymnasts at four separate Olympic Games. There are more than 140 women who suing Nassar and his former employer, Michigan State University. Nassas has already pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges and is currently locked up, awaiting sentencing on December 7th.

Raisman's fellow Olympic gold medalist, McKayla Maroney, recently spoke out as well, reporting that she was repeatedly molested by Nassar, beginning when she was 13 years old.
