Stephen A. had some interesting predictions.

Stephen A. Smith and the rest of the ESPN crew got to see first-hand just how good the Denver Nuggets were this year. Despite some playoff disappointments over the past few years, they were able to go all the way and win a title. Although some felt their run to be boring, it was anything but. Nikola Jokic was a beast and turned himself into an all-time great. Furthermore, Jamal Murray cemented himself as one of the best point guards in the league. Overall, it was incredible to watch.

Now, however, many are already looking ahead to next year. It should be an interesting season, especially with all of the offseason movement that is set to take place. That said, First Take had a debate today about who will be primed and ready for title runs next year. Stephen A. was part of that discussion, and he even got to bring back his infamous "A-List." Fans knew it would be filled with hot takes, and they turned out to be 100 percent correct in that assessment.

In the video clip above, you can see the five teams that made the list. At number five, Stephen A. put the Phoenix Suns. At number four, he had the Los Angeles Lakers, while the Milwaukee Bucks were number three. Lastly, the Boston Celtics came in at second, and the Denver Nuggets were number one. Ultimately, the biggest surprises on this list were the Lakers and the Suns. Moreover, some of the ommissions were wild to see, as the Miami Heat weren't even there.
