LeBron James was an amazing dual-sport athlete.

LeBron James is easily one of the most talented athletes we have ever seen. Overall, he is still playing at an extremely high level at the age of 38. The NBA legend is in his 20th season, and just a few weeks ago, he toppled the league's all-time scoring record. Subsequently, he has the ability to run up this record and make it impossible to beat. For Lakers fans, his talents have been incredible to watch. Moreover, he will probably play for at least another three years as he wants to share the court with his son, Bronny.

When LeBron hopped onto the scene, he was a teenager playing high school basketball. The legend was a student at St. Vincent-St. Mary's, where he played both basketball and football. Although he was known for his basketball talents, LeBron was also known for being fantastic at football. He played the tight end position, and his size made him a threat on the field. In fact, there are some who believe he could have gone to the NFL. He even contemplated as much during the lockout year back in 2012.

LeBron James Tore Up The Field

Recently, some of LeBron's football game film from high school made it onto Twitter. In the clip above, you can see the kinds of moves James was getting off. While wearing a green number nine jersey, James was using his frame to fend off defenders. Overall, it was easy for him to catch the ball and make plays after the catch. Furthermore, he showcased some blocking ability, which is typically required of tight ends. Needless to say, LeBron was a rockstar on the basketball court, and on the football field.

It is hard not to think about what could have been in regard to LeBron and the game of football. At the end of the day, it seems pretty obvious that he made the right choice. His NBA career has been legendary, to say the least. By the end of it all, he will be a top-two player, and it will be undisputed. Let us know what you think of this footage, down below.
