Another Air Jordan 2 is on the way.

One of the most surprising developments in the sneaker world over the past two years has been the rise of the Air Jordan 2. As soon as this sneaker celebrated its 35th anniversary, it felt like Jordan Brand was giving it more attention. Overall, this is a shoe that had largely been forgotten. Although it is hard to understand why, it is clear that this is, indeed, a great silhouette. Unfortunately, the shoe was just sandwiched between two icons in the Jordan 1 and the Jordan 3.

Now, this sneaker is getting all sorts of amazing colorways. Of course, this is great news for sneakerheads. They now have way more options for this shoe than they have ever had in the past. Moreover, it seems like Jumpman has no plans to slow down. Throughout the last few weeks, we have received numerous teasers for both the Air Jordan 2 OG, and the Air Jordan 2 Low. These teasers have been quite unique, and as it turns out, we have yet another report. This time, from the likes of @zsneakerheadz and @sneakerfiles.

"Mauve" Air Jordan 2

In the Instagram post above, you can find a photoshop rendering of what this model is supposed to look like. Overall, it is a very interesting colorway that is going to be dubbed "Mauve." Moreover, it should be noted that this is going to be a women's exclusive. Firstly, the sneaker opens up with a black leather upper. Secondly, we get some purple outlines throughout the sides. Lastly, purple also appears on the back heel. This is then followed up with an aged midsole that looks very nice. It is a nice colorway that can definitely be worn during every single season.

This shoe does not have a release date, however, it is expected to be a Holiday release. Moreover, the price has been set at $175 USD. For now, there is still a lot that is unknown about these, so keep it locked to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sneaker world.
