Hello again, battle fans! Today’s edition of What’s New In Battle Rap features a few huge names clashing with one another. Tay Roc and Charron battled on U Dubb and The Saurus battled Aye Verb on King of the Dot. Speaking of Aye Verb, there have been some developments regarding his future in battling, or lack thereof. Possibly the biggest battle to happen at the Bunker so far, this one features two legends of the culture. The Saurus and Aye Verb are on tons of people’s top five lists and this battle brought out quality performances from both of them.

This “battle of the bullies” between these two Brooklyn MCs was pretty one sided if you ask most of the fans. The general consensus is that Math Hoffa gave a pretty lackluster performance here.

Aye Verb recently took to social media and stated that after May of this year he will be done with battling. While we never want to minimize such an announcement, it would not be the first (or second or third) time a battle rapper announced retirement and changed their mind.
