The Yung-1 is bringing the dad shoe vibes in time for Spring.

In 2018, sneaker culture could have been boiled down to one trend: the dad shoe wave. That's right, chunky midsoles and funky designs were truly all the rage last year and it appears as though that same aesthetic is bleeding into 2019 in full force. Seemingly every sneaker company imaginable has their own variation of the dad shoe and the brand with three stripes, Adidas, is no different. Last summer they introduced the Adidas Yung-1 which also features that hefty midsole design and wavy tooling that lends well to interesting colorways.

Adidas hasn't released a new Yung-1 in a while, but they're looking to keep the ball rolling in the Spring with the release of a new colorway that mixes white, blue, and pink. The official colors are listed as "Crystal White/Clear Orange/Collegiate Royal" and when combined, look like a great shoe for the sunny weather.

The upper is primarily white leather and some white mesh, with pink highlights on the tongue, stripes, and outsole. The collegiate royal can be found in suede hits throughout the heel and toe box.

According to Sneaker News, the official release date for these will be on March 1st and will cost you a reasonable $120 USD.
