Kawhi is rumored to want to sign with the Clippers in the offseason.

The Kawhi Leonard saga was an interesting talking point last season. Of course, Leonard won Finals MVP in 2014 when the Spurs defeated the Miami Heat in five games. Leonard is seen as one of the best two-way players in the NBA and was upset with the Spurs last season over the way they were handling his injury. After only playing a handful of games last season, it was clear the Kawhi wanted out but many reported that he wanted to be in Los Angeles with either the Lakers or Clippers. In the end, he ended up getting traded to the Toronto Raptors, who are the second-best team in the Eastern Conference.

Leonard will have to re-sign in the offseason but it's not sure if he'd want to sign with the Raptors. Now, Leonard is stoking the Clippers rumors flames, as he just purchased a $13.3 million home in Rancho Santa Fe, California, according to The Los Angeles Times

The home is located in the San Diego County of California and is 13,000 square feet with 10.5 bathrooms. It is a monster of a home that would put him closer to Los Angeles than Toronto.

This latest purchase doesn't guarantee that Leonard is on his way out of Toronto, but it is a curious investment. The Raptors would really have to do well in the playoffs for Leonard to want to stay.

At 36-14, the Raptors are second place in the Eastern Conference.
