With a little more than two weeks remaining until the NBA trade deadline, the Memphis Grizzlies have reportedly begun listening to trade offers for point guard Mike Conley and center Marc Gasol.

According to a report by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Grizz ownership and management "have decided they've reached an organizational crossroads" and are prepared to engage in trade scenarios for one or both of their veteran stars.

Sitting at 19-28 on the season and quickly fading out of the playoff picture in the Western Conference, Memphis is looking to rebuild around rookie sensation Jaren Jackson Jr.

Naturally, the team is hoping to land some combination of young talent, draft picks and salary-cap relief in exchange for Conley and/or Gasol, according to the report.

Gasol, 33, is averaging 15.3 points, 8.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists in 46 games this season. He can become a free agent this summer by opting out of the final year of his $25.5 million contract for 2019-20.

Conley, 31, has also played in 46 games this season and is averaging 19.8 points and 6.1 assists per night. The issue with Conley, however, is his hefty contract. He is guaranteed $32 million in 2019-20 and any team looking to make a trade would also have to be willing to pay him $34.5 million in the 2020-21 season as part of his original five-year, $153 million contract.
