The former NFL player had harsh words for the Steelers quarterback.

The issues in the Pittsburgh Steelers locker room have been well documented. At the beginning of the season, running back Le'Veon Bell chose not to report to the team in the midst of a contract dispute. Now wide receiver Antonio Brown reportedly wants out of Pittsburgh after having a shouting match with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Today on FS1's "UNDISPUTED," Shannon Sharpe went off, calling Roethlisberger out for being a bad leader.

In the 5-minute clip from the show posted to Twitter, Sharpe goes in on Roethlisberger and gives plenty of the blame to Brown as well, saying both are bad leaders. He even says the Steelers should just go ahead and trade Brown because he just isn't worth the trouble at this point.

Sharpe than followed up the clip with a Tweet saying "Big Ben is terrible leader. He’s a finger pointing, divisive, selfish player. Who constantly looks for someone to blame or throw under the bus for his shortcomings. Le’veon situation was the prob now. Le’veon wasn’t the reason 7-2-1, but the problem for missing playoffs. FOH"

The Steelers missed the playoffs this season after starting the first ten games with a record of 7-2-1 but hit a slump during the last six games.
