Get those headshots in.

Epic Games launched a new update for Fortnite today that will have sniper experts excited. Patch 5.21 features a new Heavy Sniper, two new game modes, a new Hero, and several other tweaks to the world's most popular video game. The Heavy Sniper Rifle is slow to reload, but deals ridiculous damage to players and the environment. Make sure your headshots are on point.

The two game modes that have been added are Sniper Shootout and Soarin' 50's. The former's name is self-explanatory, and snipers will be the only weapons dropped in that mode. The Soarin' 50's mode allows gamers to re-deploy their Gliders when falling from large heights. The official description for the Soarin' 50's mode is as follows:

"This mode is a twist on the traditional 50 vs 50 mode, featuring an extra emphasis on mobility. Gliders can be re-deployed when falling from large heights. Additional Impulse Grenades, Bounce Pads, and Launch Pads will be spawned throughout the map. Jump in and soar to new heights!"

The Save the World mode has a new set of weekly Horde Challenges and a new hero called Thora is joining the game. Epic Games has also cleaned up the latest bugs that riddled Fortnite. They tweaked the Minigun headshot multiplier as well, which now sits at 1.5 instead of 2.5. Check out the full details for the new update here
