During the NBA All-Star Media Day last week, ESPN caught up with several players to get their take on trash-talking in today's NBA, including the best trash-talkers that they've ever played against.
As you might expect, guys like Draymond Green and future Hall of Famer Kevin Garnett received some votes as the best trash talkers in the game, while others like DeMar DeRozan and James Harden said they rarely engage in such banter while they're out on the floor.
But trash talking is no longer limited between the lines. Social media also offers players the chance to talk shit to one another long after the final buzzer has sounded. And when it comes to post-game trash-talk, the consensus seems to be that Sixers big man Joel Embiid is the best to do it. Embiid says he's rarely the one to instigate trash talk on the court but he has no problem being the one who finishes it. That said, The Process says it's all in good fun.
