Rodman pleads guilty but avoids jail time.

Dennis Rodman pled guilty to two counts of misdemeanor DUI toay, but he won't be serving any jail time, according to TMZ Sports. The plea deal Rodman agreed to includes 9 months of an alcohol program but if he gets into any trouble in the next two years he'll have to do a 90-day stint in jail.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, The Worm was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI stemming from the January 13th arrest in Newport Beach, California. Cops say Rodman, 56, had been swerving and blasting loud music in his car, and that his blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit. He reportedly tested at .21, which is approximately 2.5 times the legal amount, according to reports.

Additionally, he was on probation at the time of his arrest from his 2016 wrong way crash case. He has since been to rehab and claims he has been sober ever since.

In a video posted on social media shortly after the incident, Rodman said, “Just thanking all you guys out there [for] showing all your respect and love, for me to try to get things right. [I’m] hoping that things will be right, not perfect, but somewhat on the right path. See you guys soon!”
