David Pablo's newly-released Hood Hero mixtape features an impressive guest list including Big KRIT, Project Pat, Rich The Kid, and 21 Savage. "Trap House," a track from the project that he's pushing as a single complete with a video, features guest appearances from Trap Frost and Young Scooter.
Making the bold claim of putting the trap in "trap house," Pablo brings Atlanta-influenced rap that skews towards the colorful, catchy street anthems a la Migos or Hoodrich Pablo Juan -- which makes it all the more surprising that he's some Flint, Michigan. Trap Frost and Scooter are right at home on the catchy piano line, which brings maximum energy and quotability out of the collaborators. It's the kind of track that could easily take off in the clubs, so we'll have to wait and see if it continues to grow.
