Since releasing the sentimental Jazze Pha collaboration, "Moolah," he's had our attention, and his debut tape, I Tried To Tell Em delivers on the promise of the single. Throughout, Greatness demonstrates his versatility, seamlessly switching from a Migos-esque triplet flow, to a more barreling punchline-based rhythm reminiscent of Gunplay at his most energetic.
Still, his experiments with melody remain some of the most memorable moments, and "Take Me Alive," finds him weaving in and out of some hooky flows, with a confident baritone that would make Snootie Wild proud.
