The Portland Trail Blazers picked up a 99-98 win over the Spurs last night thanks to a dramatic final possession in which an opportunistic Noah Vonleh scooped up a loose ball and hit a layup at the buzzer.

Of course, none of that really mattered because both teams were already locked into their playoff spots, with the Spurs holding down the #2 seed and the Blazers sneaking in at #8.

Still, Blazers' big man Meyers Leonard was hopeful that Vonleh's game-winner would be #1 on SportsCenter's Top-10 highlights of the night, overshadowing the posterizing dunk that Jonathan Simmons threw down on Leonard late in the fourth quarter.
