Before Victoria Monet releases her Nightmares & Lullabies: Act II EP on June 16, the R&B singer decides to share one more single off it first called “See The Light”.
Produced by long-time collaborator (and boyfriend) Tommy Brown, "See the Light" finds Monét searching for sincerity as she treads through the daily pressures. "The big goal of course is happiness, but not everyday is so bright," Victoria told Fader. "So 'See The Light' is a song about sharing those feelings with someone special who understands where you're coming from. After all, those bad days help you appreciate the best days."
