Oakland rapper Vell hits us with his fifth leak off his upcoming debut project, Stay Down To Come Up. He once again connects with DJ Mustard for that Bay Area sound on "D.O.A.", which follows up another premiere we did for Vell earlier this summer, "No Fades" with RJ. In addition to having plenty of DJ Mustard production (on his previous leak "Oakland" too), Mustard will be hosting the mixtape alongside DJ Amen. The tape is expected to drop on October 28th, so be sure to check for it on HNHH. It'll have appearances from E-40, RJ (Pushaz Ink) and Doughboyz Cashout.
