Tuki Carter's a dude who recently made the jump from tattoo artist to rapper with the help of former client Wiz Khalifa. His last track, "Good," had Wiz assisting, but on "Yeah," Carter does it all by himself.
Taking on a Big Budda-produced beat, Carter wows with his inventive rhymes (which are somewhere between Yelawolf and Kendrick Lamar in character) and breathless flows. His style isn't very similar to Wiz's, but thankfully the Taylor Gang boss knows that a little variety never hurt a record label.
Right now, Tuki Carter seems poised to be the next big thing out of Taylor Gang.
