Discussing the chance of a G-Unit reunion, Tony Yayo says money is what changed the group. He also does not want to see a reunion with Game after he dissed them.

The possibility of a G-Unit reunion has been thrown around a lot lately.  Game’s manager said he has been trying to get one for awhile, and feels that it is possible.  50 Cent said this month that he believed it was a strong possibility, but recently recanted that statement and said it will not happen.  Now in a recent interview with MTV, Tony Yayo discusses the possibility of the core G-Unit members reassembling, and says that money is what has got in the way of their relationships.

Discussing how money has changed the dynamics, Yayo said, "You know what's crazy? It's like when we didn't have any money, things were better...When everybody got money, it's like things just went downhill, so it's like, I dunno, egos."  He added he’d most like to see him, Fif, and Lloyd Banks together again, "I would love to see a G-Unit reunion. I would love to see me, Banks and 50 definitely onstage."

Talking about the most estranged member of the crew,Game, Tony cites success and fame as what changed, "My problem with [Game] is that once he got to the point where he wanted to be, when he sold 5 million records, it was G-Unot.” After that he feels a reunion with game is just not in the cards, "So it's like why would you want a reunion now if you want to be the guy to bring down the brand and the name."

50 has been very open about his feelings that Banks and Yayo did not do enough work, and how he felts they expected him to do everything.  Tony Yayo talks about his relationship with the G-Unit General,  "Loyalty is my biggest thing. 50 helped all of us eat. We all had mansions; we all had Bentleys; so if Fif is in a bad mood or feels a certain way that day, you just eat that. You learn to judge your friends for who they are."

With all this talk of a G-Unit reunion, do you think it’s possible we could see the core three reunite?
