After proving himself as a successful artist and A&R, T.I. has set his sights on a new industry. The rapper put out an open call for dancers for a strip club he's getting ready to open up in Atlanta this weekend, and it seems he's already off to a good start, as around 1600 women came out for the job.

TMZ has shared some footage from the auditions, and they report that only 100 of the 1600 hopefuls were selected to be considered for T.I.'s V Live club.

Tip is said to be launching the venue with his business partner, Damon Cobbs. You can watch some clips from their interviews with potential dancers below.
