Adidas' quiet favorite keeps rolling.

Behind the long shadows cast by the Ultrasboost and NMD silhouettes, Adidas may have another hit on its hands in the form of the AlphaBounce. The latest iteration of the shoe has the three stripes brand applying a new “forged mesh” grey upper that looks like a fleece material.

The previous AlphaBounce sneakers have had much stronger patterns, from perforated mesh to all over prints. The ‘Dark Grey Heather’ AlphaBounce RC will still have its Bounce technology midsole, molded EVA heel cup and bonded three stripes along the side. The only texture the shoe gets is a rising that runs along both sides of the shoe.

Part of the shoe’s appeal is its affordability when compared to other Adidas sneakers that retail for upwards of $150. This one will only set you back $85. If you’re still on the fence, read Sneakers editor Kyle Rooney glowing review of the shoe and the latest ads starring Dak Prescott and Desiigner.
