As if SZA wasn’t already beloved by fans and the industry, she’s now trying to save the earth too. On Monday, the TDE songstress teased a couple sweatshirts from her “CTRL Fishing Co” line on Instagram that are aimed to benefit the ocean waters.
Dubbed as “Sustainability Gang,” the first photo was a blue Champion hoody that read "Sustainability Gang" across the front in all different colors, while the caption read “Who tryn save da ocean 👀 @ctrlfishingco.” The second photo was of her wearing a maroon “sustainability gang” crewneck, and captioning that “bean.”
She hasn’t provided any details on what the project exactly is, but according to her IG stories, the launch is reportedly happening “soon”. All the proceeds are going to organizations dedicated to protecting our oceans or so that's said.
There’s no word when the sweatshirts will be available or for how much, but it’s nice to see that our money will be going to humanitarian work whenever they does arrive. And they’re petty fly sweatshirts at that too.
