The O'My's new album "Tomorrow" explores the vastness of human emotion.

The O'My's Tomorrow has finally dropped. Along with it the group has provided its legion of fans a music video for their second single "Idea" featuring longtime collaborator Chance the Rapper. Aside from "Idea" and the initial single drop with Saba, Maceo Haymes and Nick Hennessey really go the measure of the distance with their strengths and weaknesses doubly exposed.

The duo have come a long way since they met in Carter Lang's basement during a jam session. If the name Carter Lang sounds familiar that's because the bassist has major songwriting credits on SZA's CTRL album. Between SZA, Carter, The O'My's, Chance and Saba, the creative nucleus within this realm of experimentation is smaller than you would think.

The eleven-track LP runs for a combined 34 minutes, each track as grounded as the last. As I said before, aside from the writing of verse, much of the project came to be through effective collaboration, for The O'My's have their paw prints on a bunch of other records for which they release less of the credit. Friends like Nico Segal, a reknown trumpeter from Chicago, were more than happy to return the favor.
