You don't need to pour a bucket of ice over your head, do any fancy dance moves or get a group of people to stand still for half a minute, you just need to run.
As Steph Curry perfectly demonstrated while coming out of the tunnel in Atlanta earlier this week, the "Get Out Challenge" simply entails running directly at the camera before making a last minute turn.
As he described in the caption, "Trying to escape the sunken place #GetOut."
