Last Fall, Nike debuted a winterized "Special Field" Air Force 1 High, a military inspired AF1 that featured an SFB (special forces boot)-infused upper constructed of premium leather and extra-durable ballistic nylon.
This Summer, Nike is bringing back the Special Field look for the Air Force 1 Mid, featuring a lot of the familiar attributes that were used on the original high-top pair as well as some new updates like a zipper on the heel and prominent Nike Air branding on the ankle collar.
There are at least seven new SF-AF1 Mid colorways on deck for this Summer, including Black/Gum, Light Bone and Ivory/Dark Red.
