Rocky Diamonds is an up-and-coming rapper out of Minneapolis who you might know from his collaborations with Tink and other artists in the Midwest. Today, he's shared a new record from his upcoming project, Anywhere But Here, which is scheduled for an April 20th release. "Lay 'Em Down" is an inventively structured track, stopping and starting at random intervals and driven by a minimal sub-bass groove. Diamonds' catchy and charismatic delivery brings it all together, drawing a straight line through the unpredictable instrumental.
