With OG Maco's "U Guessed It" and Father's "Wrist" making a lot of noise recently, Key! has been putting in a lot of big assists. The latest track which finds him in the passenger seat is a new effort from Atlanta's Reese. "UP" plays somewhere between those minimal street tracks and a more ethereal "Citgo"-esque style, not a bad place to start. From there they hit us with some incredibly aspirational quotables, with Key! delivering a particularly inspiring "Turn My Swag On"-style anecdote.
Reese has a new project on the way, but he hasn't given us any details just yet. Until then make sure to play "U Guessed It" as much as possible. We certainly have been.
