A Chicago inspired Air Jordan 17 drops this weekend
Retro Air Jordans, for the most part, have been limited to the sneakers numbered 1-14. Jordan Brand recently broke that trend by retroing some cult classics like the Air Jordan XX and the Air Jordan 17+, which will be making a return this weekend in a Chicago Bulls inspired colorway.
Unlike nearly every other Air Jordan silhouette, the 17+ never received the black/red/white treatment because MJ was a member of the Wizards when he laced these bad boys up.
In fact, when MJ scored his 30,000th career point it was against Chicago, which serves as the inspiration behind this brand new Air Jordan 17+ colorway.
Fans of the 17s won't have to wait long to get their hands on this Chicago Bulls joint, as the kicks are scheduled to hit retailers this Sunday, May 29th for a cool $250.
Expect these to be a relatively easy pick up considering they'll be going toe to toe with "Flu Game" 12s this Memorial Day Weekend.
