The beloved Nike Air Max 1 silhouette has taken on many different colorways and styles over the years, ranging from your basic white leather renditions to dizzying animal print designs and everything in between.
For it's next act, the Nike Air Max 1 is turning to the golf course for inspiration, resulting in one of the most unique iterations to date.

As seen in the photos provided by J23 App, the eye-catching, golf-ready "Grass" Nike Air Max 1 G sports a shaggy, turf-insoired material throughout the entire upper, with a white Nike swoosh peeking through the hedges. Additional details include matching green laces, a white midsole and a rubber gum outsole for your round of 18.
A specific release date has not yet been revealed but the special edition kicks are expected to drop in late January for the retail price of $140. Other inline colorways will be $120 when they hit retail.
