Tom Herman demands "Championship Hydration Levels."

Tom Herman, the newest head football coach of the Texas Longhorns, has made it abundantly clear that one of his top priorities for the upcoming season is making sure his players are adequately hydrated.

Herman is so concerned with hydration levels that he reportedly checks the urine of players on a regular basis and will call them out in front of the team if they are dehydrated.

In an effort to make sure the Longhorns remember to drink the proper fluids, Herman has posted these charts above urinals and toilets in the team's facilities so that players can gauge their hydration levels.
