HNHH PREMIERE: Mike G exercises some nasty bars over Earl Sweatshirt's "Off Top."

Longtime Odd Future member and current Chopstar Mike G has come through today with his first rap release of 2016. The new track, "KTA" ("Kill Them All"), is a remix of Earl Sweatshirt's "Off Top," which appeared on last year's I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside. There's something sinister about the minimal, lo-fi production here, coming from Earl's randomblackdude alias and Left Brain, and Mike G really knows how to bring that energy to life. His raps are relatively slow and steady, in sync with the beat, but there's a sense of impending menace with each bar.

With Mike's "KTA" comes the announcement of a forthcoming mixtape, Mike Check Vol. 2, that's set to arrive on Monday, February 22. The tape will feature more production from Left Brain, which is definitely an exciting prospect after hearing "KTA."

Quotable Lyrics

Ride along your own road, grip it like the wheel's wood
Watch them n*ggas cower, got me feelin' like the old Suge
I'ma need two spots, so when I turn the engine I could make the coupe pop
Screamin' 'Thug Life', 2Pac
