Damian Lillard's fourth signature sneaker with Adidas has already popped up overseas despite the fact that the Adidas Dame 3 has only been in retailers for a few months.

These leaked images may not be exactly what the Adidas Dame 4 will look like when it officially releases in the States, likely sometime in early 2018, but they do offer a good idea of what to expect and it's much different than his current signature shoe.
