Lais grabbed our attention when he received airplay during the first OVO Sound Radio episode, and although the Drizzy connection doesn't seem to extend much past that one time, he's still coming through heat. After getting acquainted with songs like "Rather Have U" and "Tell Me," the Toronto singer/rapper returns today with another new leak off his forthcoming EP.
"Downtown" could easily meld into the sound of his past two leaks, so Lais has obviously locked down a very specific vibe for his 114 EP. That vibe is sultry r'n'b, with half-hearted crooning, typically about girl problems. Give this latest drop a listen.
