Rahgen "King Rahj" Hill is a rising rapper out of Oakland. The region has always been a hotbed of exciting rap voices, recently producing the likes of Ezale and Kamaiyah, and King Rahj, while still fine-tuning his sound, has proven he can write a catchy Bay Area cut with "My Section."
