Kevin Gates delivered one of the year's strongest rap releases earlier this year with Islah, but despite his continually impressive sales of the project he hasn't stopped working. Today, he's dropped Murder For Hire 2, a characteristically consistent collection of 8 new songs. "Believe In Me" is one of the many highlights, built around a hook just as gigantic as any of the pop-minded choruses on his major label debut. Naturally, he provides the full package, matching his pop instincts with some highly technical, confessional verses.
