Kendrick Lamar gets the crowd hyped AF during a televised performance of "Alright."

Kendrick Lamar's "Alright" has been a force for good in the world, more than any other hip hop song in 2015 by a wide margin. The song's anthemic chorus really lends itself to live performance, and being chanted by large crowds.

PBS scored Kendrick Lamar for an appearance on the 41st season of their television program Austin City Limits. ACL is not known for their hip hop programming, but the raw power of "Alright" was too great to resist. And clearly, the crowd was loving it.

The new season of Austin City Limits begins Jan. 9. Kendrick is the only rapper, but we'll include the schedule here for good measure. Shoutout Alabama Shakes.

January 2: Alabama Shakes / Vintage Trouble
January 9: Kendrick Lamar
January 16: Ryan Adams / Shakey Graves
January 23: Angélique Kidjo
January 30: Sleater-Kinney / Heartless Bastards
February 6: Leon Bridges / Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats
February 13: Tedeschi Trucks Band
