Justin Bieber's new tropical house-inflected single "What Do You Mean" opened at number one on the charts. Somewhat surprisingly, it's his first number one hit ever.
The Biebs continues to push the single, performing the hit along with Diplo/Skrillex-produced "Where Are U Now" at in front of a horde of screaming teenage girls at NYC's Rockefeller Plaza. It was his first appearance on the Today Show since he performed breakout track "Baby" there as a 15-year old.
Between "What Do You Mean" and his respectable verse on Travi$ Scott's "Maria I'm Drunk," Bieber's stock might be at an all time high.
