During his set at the Hot 100 Festival this afternoon, iLoveMakonnen announced that he'll be releasing an album in October 2015, according to a report from Billboard.
Makonnen sent out a semi-cryptic pair of tweets earlier this month, suggesting that he plans to drop a project called I Love Makonnen 2 in October. He dropped I Love Makonnen as a mixtape last July and then rereleased it in December after "Tuesday" got remixed by Drake and blew up.
His most recent project Drink More Water 5 was a bit of bust, hopefully he can recapture the magic of ILM in its sequel.
