Back in May, we were super excited to hear new material from ILLFIGHTYOU, the Washington State group that counts Ugly Frank as a member. Today, we get the larger project that "FLASH" is included on, the five-track CASHINTHEBATHROOM EP.
Produced entirely by KReam Team, the projects veers from RZA-style lo-fi on opener "EMPTYBOTTLE" to whacked-out trap on "SMOG" to the somewhat cloud rap stylings of "ORACLE." Frank, EvergreenOne and Khris P all trade bars with considerable dexterity, and come through with their catchiest batch of hooks to date. Along with Dave B, these guys are some of the most promising up-and-comers in WA right now.
