Despite naming his album "Hip Hop Is Dead" ten years back, Nas is still listening to current rap.

Nas recently celebrated the 10 year anniversary of his album Hip Hop Is Dead. He joined Revolt's Andre Harrell to talk about the genre a decade after he made the statement, at one point going over the emcees he's paying attention to at this very moment. Off the top of his head, Nas names five of his favorite rappers from the "new generation."

As well as the state of rap in 2016, Nas discussed his role in Belly, the Obama presidency, Queens Bridge rap history with Revolt. View some clips from his conversation below.
