It was a long time in the making, but after a couple setbacks & delays, Fredo Santana’s highly anticipated sequel to his 2013 mixtape Fredo Kruger finally dropped a couple weeks ago. Laced with 16 tracks in total, the follow up to January’s Plugged In mixtape features an impressive list of guest appearances, including Chief Keef, Kodak Black, Lil Reese, Gino Marley, Ballout, Tadoe, Iman Shumpert, and more.

Looking to promote the tape, the Chicago rapper decided to return to the music scene today and share a new video in its support for the intro track “Been Savage.”

Directed by Mula, the video finds Fredo showing us “how the trap feel” as he flaunts his cash and makes it rain outside the front steps of a lavish mansion. In the process, he decides to take shots at some unnamed targets artists in the process. “Street nigga, don’t need a rap deal,” Fredo raps. “I can show you how the trap feel/Nigga sayin’ that he want beef/I’ma show him how the mac feel/Disrespect the game you get killed/That’s what’s happenin’,” he spits.

Its unclear if “Been Savage” is directed at any particular rapper or artist, but Fredo did find himself in the middle of something earlier this week after he responded to internet rapper Russ. If you missed it, Russ uploaded a photo of himself wearing a shirt that read, “How much Xans and Lean do you have to do before you realize you’re a fucking loser,” which Fredo responded, taking offense to the message.

“Until I can stop thinking about my dead homies an the trauma that I been thru in my life that’s when I’ll stop😈,” he wrote in a tweet directed at Russ.
