Run the Jewels is back with a new remix. This time they flip "Heart Is Full" by Miike Snow, the electronic pop project collaboration between Swedish producers Bloodshy & Avant and American singer/songwriter/producer Andrew Wyatt. Killer Mike & El-P spit a verse apiece of the a beat heavily inflected with horns and soul samples, which give the whole thing a worldly, old-school feel.

El-P
HOTTTTT
El-P recently announced that he would be contributing to the score of the upcoming Fantastic Four movie, and even shared a snippet of one of his pieces on a recent episode of Run The Jewels' Beats Music radio show. The full track has now arrived, and it very much sounds like a movie soundtrack, but El's touches are very apparent. If you were a fan of the video game-infuenced sounds of the It Follows soundtrack, this will deginitely satisfy on a similar level. The tense record is co-produced by Little Shalimar, and will appear on the upcoming OST, due out August 7th.

El-P and Killer Mike first began work together on Mike's R.A.P. Music solo record, but the chemistry between the two emcees was so natural, they decided they needed to team up as a rap duo. While it seemed like a one-off at first, Run The Jewels was such a success that they're putting out another project before focusing on solo material. Today we've been given the second single from their upcoming album, Run The Jewels 2.

As Killer Mike and El-P, known as Run The Jewels, end up on many year-end lists for their collaborative project of the same name, they've decided to release (sort of-- it leaked, and they went with it) a previously unreleased cut that didn't make the LP. It's the usual hard-hitting production as Mike and El-P trade bars. The scratches come from DJ QBert.
