Drake Reportedly Won't Press Charges Against Soda-Loving Burglar

After his house was burglarized by a literally thirsty superfan, Drake has decided to take a merciful approach. TMZ reports that Drake's lawyer told the LA County D.A that Drizzy would not be pursuing any further legal measures in the case. The burglar, who ultimately didn't steal anything of value, had previously broken into Drake's mansion, donned one of his hoodies, and went hard on his soda stash.  

TMZ's sources state that Drake believes the woman likely has mental issues, and it would therefore be cruel to make her a felon. This is a clear W for Drake, who has shown that he's capable of empathy. Here's hoping that the woman gets all the help and soda she requires.
