Over the past week or so Curren$y has teased images of his latest Reebok sneaker collab, which takes on Allen Iverson's iconic Reebok Question. Today, Reebok has officially announced that the kicks will release exclusively at Sneaker Politics in New Orleans today, 5/3, followed by a global release on Friday, 5/4 via Reebok.com. Additional retailers will carry the special edition Questions on 5/11.
The kicks, which come in a special edition box that opens like his trunk, are built on a combination of smooth and tumbled white leather, accompanied by a “Stem Green” outsole and iridescent toe that transforms from green to blue to purple, replicating his Pilot Talk album covers.
Additionally, the Curren$y x Reebok Question Mid features a never-done-before heel jewel made out of moulded chrome with a Jet impression, "Jet Life" branding on the tongue, a secret stash spot behind the tongue, and his moniker “Spitta” printed on the eyelets.
