Curren$y capped off 2015 with the release of Canal Street Confidential, his second LP of the year (the other being the criminally underrated Pilot Talk III). Even since, the rapper has been sharing standalone records, the latest of which being "From Above," a Mr. Marcelo-assisted track that sounds like it could be an outtake from the album.
If that's really the case, it's a shame it didn't make the final cut, as it's another strong showing from Spitta, challenging him with a high BPM shuffle. He greets the unconventional rhythm with some confident bars, before handing things off to Marcelo who absolutely crushes it.
