Chris Brown's X arrived as the singer was serving time in jail, still managing to garner a huge amount of hype even with Brown behind bars. Now that he's free, Brown has been working harder than ever, showing up on plenty of features, and releasing an entire collaborative album with Tyga over the course of the last year.
Still, it seemed that Brown must be preparing a new solo effort to be released before the end of the year, and with the release of "Liquor," it seems to be a more realistic prospect. The new record follows the same Nic Nac-esque, RnBass-leaning pop we've been hearing from the singer all year. We'll keep you updated with any news on an album.
