Chief Keef is facing a petition for child support from a young girl who claims Keef fathered a daughter with her in 2011.

Chief Keef can't seem to catch a break. After being sentenced to 60 days in juvenile detention earlier this week, the Chicago rapper continues to be hit with lawsuits, including a $75,000 suit for a missed show appearance, and now, in possibly his strangest offense yet, a request for unpaid child support from a girl in middle school.

TMZ reports the unnamed woman recently filed a report in Chicago. She claims Keef is the father to a baby daughter conceived back in 2011. While the girl's age is also undisclosed, documents support that she currently attends a middle school in Chicago. Judging by this information, the girl could be in anywhere from 6th to 8th grade.

It is a misdemeanor in the state of Illinois for two parties under the age of 17 to engage in sex, even if it is a consensual encounter. The law states that if both people are between the age of 9 and 17, the older individual, who would be Keef in this case, is guilt of committing "criminal sexual abuse."

The punishment for the crime could technically result in a one year jail sentence, and a ten year listing on the sexual offenders list, but cases of this type rarely see prosecution.

The girl seeks an undisclosed amount of money for the child support, which includes health insurance and other medical expenses.

Chief Keef and his representatives have yet to comment on the claim.

More updates to come as information arrives.
