XXL may have already rolled out the cover shot as well as the cover story, which Kendrick Lamar wrote himself in the first person, but they're not done just yet, providing us with a BTS video from the shoot today.
The shoot was a pretty simple concept, with Kendrick rocking a white tee and dress pants in front of a white backdrop with colorful lights cast on him. In the BTS footage, we get to hear from Kendrick on the importance of XXL, not only for him but for the culture as a whole. Watch it above.
